"Lifetime" in the Lifetime Membership refers to the lifetime of Full House Property Solutions as an active business. If the business is wound down, sold, or ceases operations, the lifetime access obligation ends.
Coaching availability, call frequency, and response times are subject to the site owner's capacity as a single operator. We reserve the right to reasonably adjust coaching formats and availability as membership grows.
Given our clear, up-front no-refund policy, filing a chargeback with your credit card company or bank after purchase constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately revoke access to all purchased products and services, and to pursue all legal remedies available to recover amounts owed, including collection costs and legal fees.
